Meet our expert, Kieron Meade
Kieron Meade was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Invesis in September 2015.
He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, much of which has been spent working with the Royal BAM Group, firstly in the UK construction business before joining Invesis as Director of the UK and Ireland business in 2005. Kieron was appointed Commercial Director of Invesis, an international role, in 2007 and became a Group Company Director in 2009.
Kieron leads the businesses strategy and oversees the international operations of our three business units, UK and Ireland, Netherlands and Belgium, Germany and Switzerland.
Having worked in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) market for many years, Kieron attributes much of Invesis’ success to the excellent team of people in the business. He also credits the company for being selective about the projects it targets and forming good partnerships with its clients and partners.
PPP projects epitomise partnership working, developing a whole life approach, and then making sure this continues to work for customers for the duration of the concession.
“We have a fantastic team of people who have made Invesis a great company to work for. We take pride in developing and managing high-quality PPP projects that make a big difference to our clients, their end-users, and communities. Our success is founded on our people, ensuring we have the right talent in the company and supporting them so that they are engaged and motivated to achieve their business objectives and the needs of our clients. This is a simple but effective recipe for a sustainable company. This approach extends to our clients, partners, and supply chain, where we are keen to work with likeminded people who are committed to getting the best out of our projects, delivering real benefits to all stakeholders, and enhancing the lives of the people who use them for the full lifetime of the concession.”
Kieron enjoys spending time with his family, as well as holidays, and perfecting his swing on the golf course, where he is also working on his handicap.
