Alison joined Invesis in 2024 as an Accounts Assistant and progressed into the Management Accountants team in 2026. As Operational Finance Manager, she supports the financial operations of PPP projects across the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial oversight. Alison is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.

Alison is a Chartered Accountant with more than 17 years' experience at Invesis. She leads the Operational Finance team across the UK and Ireland, overseeing financial reporting, governance and control for bid companies and SPVs. Known for her analytical approach and leadership skills, Alison plays a key role in supporting the long-term success of the business.

Alison is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years' experience in PPP projects. She leads all financial aspects of Invesis' tender opportunities, delivering robust investment and financing structures for major infrastructure projects internationally. Alison has supported landmark projects including Silvertown Tunnel in London, Cross River Rail in Australia and the Burgdorf Prison Project in Switzerland.

Allan joined Invesis' Operational Finance Team in April 2026. His responsibilities range from invoicing and payment processing to tax reporting and interest calculations. Prior to Invesis, Allan worked for FES Group and OCS Group UK. With experience in management accounts, tax reconciliations & cashflow forecasting. Allan is currently working towards achieving a chartered accountant qualification with the ACCA.
Allan Moultrie

Andreas has been active in the PPP sector for over 20 years, and is a member of the German Management Team and the Origination Leadership Team. He has delivered multiple projects across road infrastructure, healthcare, security and digital infrastructure. Andreas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, and leads the finance working committee of the German federal PPP association (BPPP).

Andreas joined Invesis in 2009 and is now a Senior Investment Manager within the Business Development team for the German-speaking region. He supports the development and delivery of infrastructure investment opportunities, bringing extensive experience across PPP projects and stakeholder collaboration.

Anita joined Invesis in October 2025 as Office Manager for the Netherlands and Belgium business unit. She enjoys organising, connecting people, and creating a welcoming workplace. With a broad professional background, she thrives on collaboration, learning, and supporting colleagues to do their best work.

Anouk joined Invesis in 2023 and works on international PPP and project finance transactions across complex infrastructure projects. As Senior Legal Manager, she combines legal, commercial and strategic expertise to support project delivery across multiple jurisdictions. Outside work, Anouk enjoys swimming, reading and travelling.

Barbara joined Invesis in 2023 as Executive Assistant, supporting the CEO and COO. With experience across corporate and research environments, she is recognised for her organisational skills, professionalism and stakeholder management expertise, helping support executive leadership and complex international business activities.
Barbara de Weijer
Beatrix is Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Invesis Group with responsibility for operations, ESG, insurance and risk management and IT. In this role, she works closely with the Board and shareholder to strengthen governance, enhance operational performance and support the long-term value creation of Invesis portfolio of infrastructure investments.
Beatrix Goldstein
Bill has more than 25 years' experience delivering major PPP infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. As Business Development Director, he leads origination activities across core and emerging investment sectors. Bill has successfully tendered over 30 PPP projects, including Silvertown Tunnel in London and Brisbane Cross River Rail, and is recognised for building strong strategic partnerships that deliver lasting social and environmental value.

Cameron McMillan joined Invesis in May 2026 as an Accounts Assistant, supporting finance activities across UK and Ireland projects. His responsibilities include tax, invoicing, reconciliations and payment processes. Cameron brings experience across shipping, commercial and contract environments and is looking forward to expanding his knowledge of the PPP sector further.

Catalina joined Invesis in 2024 as ESG Manager, bringing more than 14 years' experience in sustainability and environmental management across Chile and the UK. She leads ESG reporting and supports the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the business and portfolio. Outside work, Catalina enjoys yoga, running, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Charlotte joined Invesis in 2021 and supports the UK and Irish bidding and operations teams. A qualified solicitor since 2008, she has extensive infrastructure experience, including advising sponsors and lenders on PPP financings, refinancings, operational matters, acquisitions and disposals. She has worked on almost every PPP project in Ireland, alongside numerous other infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Charlotte Upton

With over two decades of experience in the PPP sector, Chris has been integral to Invesis since joining in 2005 as Finance Manager. Following seven years with PwC in Edinburgh and London, his career trajectory within the company saw him appointed Investments Director in 2009, Finance Director in 2016, and ultimately, Chief Executive Officer in November 2022.
Chris Williams
Christian joined Invesis in 2010 and now leads the German legal department. He oversees the legal aspects of bidding, financing, construction and maintenance for major infrastructure projects, while also advising on wider business strategy and corporate legal matters. His experience includes work on the Administrative Center Burgdorf, Bremervörde Prison, University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein, Availability Model A94 and Availability Model A10/A24.

Christina joined the Glasgow team in 2026 as an Accounts Assistant supporting the UK and Ireland business unit. With previous experience in accounts management within the private property sector, she is focused on developing her expertise while supporting the wider finance team.

Claire is a Chartered Management Accountant with more than 23 years' finance experience, including 16 years specialising in PPP projects. She leads a team delivering financial reporting and control across SPVs within the Invesis portfolio and has played a key role in major infrastructure projects, including Silvertown Tunnel in London.

Claire is an Investment Coordinator supporting Invesis' UK and Ireland bid management teams. With 18 years at Invesis, she brings extensive PPP knowledge and experience. In addition to her bid support role, Claire administers the company's CRM platform, helping enhance business development processes and team collaboration across the organisation.

An Investment Manager within the Origination team, Damian Conway specialises in the development and delivery of PPP infrastructure investments across the UK and Ireland. A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years' experience, he combines technical, commercial and financial expertise to support bid activities, stakeholder engagement and the progression of projects from early opportunity through to financial close.

Daniel de Weerdt has over 30 years' experience in engineering, infrastructure, maintenance and asset management. He supports the development of technical strategies, asset performance and operational reliability across complex infrastructure and PPP projects. Daniel specialises in maintenance optimisation, risk management, technical due diligence, and delivering sustainable, long-term solutions that enhance infrastructure performance and resilience.
