Job description
You are joining a small, diverse and enthusiastic HR team. You will report to the Head of Human Resources. The HR team is responsible for all HR-related activities across the six countries where Invesis employs staff. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely within our HR team, Finance, People managers and employees to ensure high-quality HR services and an excellent employee experience.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and reliability to HR operations. You take ownership of your work, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and are motivated by continuously improving processes. You combine a strong payroll background with a service-oriented mindset and enjoy working in an international environment.
An ideal candidate should:
- Coordinate and manage the monthly payroll process across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely salary payments
- Build effective relationships with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll delivery and continuous improvement
- Deliver accurate HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll data, ensuring compliance with local legislation, internal controls and audit requirements
- Support managers and employees with HR operational questions and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardise payroll and HR processes, templates and ways of working
- Act as back-up for the People (HR) Operations Specialist when required
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' proven experience in an international HR Operations and/or Payroll role
- Strong payroll knowledge and understanding of payroll compliance
- Excellent English communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly organised, accurate and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
