Helen is an Investment Director within our Origination Team, focusing on identifying and developing investment prospects across our Core sectors, PPP, and Core + investment sectors across the UK & Ireland. She is a highly respected leader, adept at cultivating cohesive teams alongside Partners and Clients. Helen’s exceptional blend of interpersonal, analytical, communicative, and organisational skills fosters an inclusive approach that builds strong valued relationships within the projects she works on.

Helen has a proven track record of leading successful teams over the long term. With 35+ years of experience in Design, Construction, Project Management and Leadership, 18 years exclusively in PPP, she holds significant expertise in project management, stakeholder management and the ability to enhance shareholder value.

Proficient in bid management and contract negotiations, Helen employs strategic financial analysis to drive efficiencies and forge enduring partner relationships.

Her leadership has been instrumental in the success on numerous multi-disciplined projects showcasing innovative technical approaches such as Building Information modelling (BIM) and initiatives that support efforts achieving net zero carbon goals. Notable projects under her guidance include Courts PPP Bundle Project, Ireland, Schools Bundles 3 PPP Project, Ireland and Camden BSF, London.
