Work experience

Geert has more than 30 years of experience in general contracting in construction and infrastructure projects in Belgium.

The former EPC project director of Brabo I, Geert joined Invesis in 2016 to become the SPC project director of the Brabo II tram, a major infrastructure project in the centre of Antwerp. In this role he interacted with De Lijn, the Flemish Region and the City of Antwerp.

Geert also oversees general management of operations for projects including Beveren Prison, Ghent Student Housing and Liefkenshoek Tunnel. Whether he’s working in construction or operations, Geert believes long term relationships combined with sustainable and predictable performance are the key values for success.
