2022 has been a year like no other at Invesis. Starting with our new name and brand identity reflecting who we are as a company with our revised shareholder makeup, with recent changes to our management board, with the Asanti acquisition crystallising our first step into digital infrastructure, and as the year comes to an end the launch of our 2023-2027 five year strategy setting out what we aim to achieve through our clear purpose as a ‘Global Investor-Developer of Sustainable Infrastructure’.
Our core business of investing in and successfully managing PPP projects continues, alongside our diversification to meet global infrastructure trends and challenges. We are ambitious for growth, both in our home and new markets, utilising our experience and expertise to extend our long track record in PPP’s and to develop and invest in the digital infrastructure and energy transition sectors for new clients and with new partners.
The world around us continues to change and our business is evolving to meet the needs of society, our clients and partners. Through our strategy, we are investing in the cities of the future, from roads, railways, tunnels and bridges, to hospitals, schools and government buildings, and in the future global needs for new energy and digital infrastructure.
