Meet our expert, Kathlyn Crafford

Work experience

Kathlyn Crafford joined Invesis in September 2025 as the Asset Management Director in Australia and New Zealand. With an international career in the financial services industry, she has spent the last 10+ years building on her interest and experience in public-private partnerships (PPPs) across asset management, infrastructure investment and delivery.

Prior to Invesis, Kathlyn worked at Plenary Group, one of Australia’s leading investors and managers of PPP projects with her most recent role being part of the delivery team on the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport PPP. Her career also includes nine years at AMP Capital where she acted as the Project Co Representative and provided oversight as SPV board director for various infrastructure projects including schools, prisons, healthcare and convention centres.

Based in Sydney, Kathlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants in Australia.
