You serve as a trusted advisor, spark employee engagement and empower growth and development for our diverse teams across the six countries in which we operate. We’re searching for an HR Business Partner who owns the results and thrives on working with others to achieve excellence.

What that means in terms of focus area’s:

  • Employee Engagement: Take the lead in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture where every employee feels valued and heard. Develop and run our values activation program.
  • Learning & Development: Shape and execute strategies for professional growth, from designing impactful learning programs to liaising with internal experts and external providers to ensure we run them.
  • Performance Management: Own the annual “Perform and Develop” cycle, helping our people unlock their full potential.
  • HR Project Management: Step into a multinational environment where we’ve recently gained independence and tackle every HR challenge imaginable. You’ll have the freedom to drive both large and small HR projects, making a real difference and taking the initiative to improve how we work and how we support the organisation.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies, manage vacancies and provide an outstanding experience for every candidate.
  • HR Operations: Be part of a small, dedicated team that supports one another to consistently deliver exceptional service to our staff. Ability to step in and support on day-to-day topics as needed and be the back up for the HR Manager who is in charge of HR Operations.
  • Change Management: Champion transformation by supporting managers and employees through organisational change and driving successful HR initiatives.
  • Innovating HR: Embrace new technology to elevate HR practices, leveraging platforms like Zoho People for learning, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and the power of AI agents to streamline and enhance our processes.

What are we looking for?

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills. Good German language skills is a plus.
  • Sound labour law knowledge of at least one of the European countries in which we’re based
  • Proven (10-15 years) progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Expertise in HR disciplines: Learning & Development, Performance & Talent management, organisational development and HR operations.
  • Hands-on mindset
  • Digital native
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi country environment.
  • Experience with HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions in the EU and Australia is considered a plus.

  • Some travel might be included and/or required to our locations in Europe.
