Alison joined Invesis in 2024 as an Accounts Assistant and progressed into the Management Accountants team in 2026. As Operational Finance Manager, she supports the financial operations of PPP projects across the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial oversight. Alison is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.

He has delivered multiple projects across road infrastructure, healthcare, security and digital infrastructure. Andreas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, and leads the finance working committee of the German federal PPP association (BPPP).

Bill has successfully tendered over 30 PPP projects, including Silvertown Tunnel in London and Brisbane Cross River Rail, and is recognised for building strong strategic partnerships that deliver lasting social and environmental value.

A qualified solicitor since 2008, she has extensive infrastructure experience, including advising sponsors and lenders on PPP financings, refinancings, operational matters, acquisitions and disposals. She has worked on almost every PPP project in Ireland, alongside numerous other infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

With over two decades of experience in the PPP sector, Chris has been integral to Invesis since joining in 2005 as Finance Manager. Following seven years with PwC in Edinburgh and London, his career trajectory within the company saw him appointed Investments Director in 2009, Finance Director in 2016, and ultimately, Chief Executive Officer in November 2022.
