The Invesis Team

Jennifer joined Invesis in 2015 and manages the financial operations of UK and Irish SPVs and a Local Education Partnership. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she specialises in financial reporting, compliance and strategic forecasting, while also supporting colleague wellbeing as a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

Joseph joined Invesis in 2021 and supports the delivery of PPP projects across the accommodation and roads sectors. He has played a key role in both operational and construction-phase projects, working closely with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Joseph also holds a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying with first-class honours.

Karen joined Invesis in 2022 as an Accounts Assistant within the UK and Ireland business unit, bringing more than 20 years of finance experience. She supports the financial management of PPP projects through reporting, reconciliations and transaction processing, helping to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations. Karen also maintains strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Larry has more than 40 years' experience delivering major civil engineering and PPP infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. He oversees operational delivery during construction phases, ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are achieved while meeting client and investor expectations. He is currently the Quality Director for the Silvertown Tunnel Project in London.

Laura leads a team of Accounts Assistants supporting the financial operations of PPP projects across the UK and Ireland. With more than 13 years at Invesis and qualifications in accounting and information management, she plays a key role in supporting accurate reporting, operational oversight and year-end audit processes.

Leanne joined Invesis in 2015 and supports the financial operations of multiple SPVs and PPP projects. Known for her organised and detail-oriented approach, she manages accounting processes, reconciliations and stakeholder coordination across complex multi-entity structures.

Mila Lopez Simon is Managing Director for Invesis UK & Ireland, leading a team of more than 40 people across offices in London, Glasgow and Naas. She also serves as a non-executive director on the boards of several portfolio assets.

Nicolle joined Invesis in 2019 and oversees operational PPP projects across the north of the UK. With more than 20 years' experience in property and asset management, she specialises in stakeholder engagement, lifecycle management and maintaining operational performance across infrastructure portfolios.

Orla Nuzum has over 20 years' experience in developing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, with extensive expertise in the Irish PPP market. She works closely with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop projects and deliver successful outcomes. Orla combines strong commercial and technical knowledge with a collaborative approach, bringing valuable insight across the full PPP project lifecycle.

Roisin Shirreff joined Invesis in 2025 and supports the delivery of PPP projects across Ireland. She works closely with stakeholders to manage operational services and support project delivery. Prior to joining Invesis, Roisin spent almost a decade in the US construction industry, leading school and healthcare projects and gaining extensive experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Sarah joined Invesis in 2022 as an Accounts Assistant within the UK and Ireland business unit. With eight years' experience in finance operations, she supports expense management, invoice processing and financial transactions across the organisation.

Sharon Keane supports Invesis' activities across Ireland, working closely with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. She brings strong organisational and relationship management skills, contributing to effective collaboration and project performance.

Sinead Fenton joined Invesis in 2025 and supports the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Ireland. With more than 30 years' experience in the construction industry, she has worked on both the client and contractor sides of developments spanning commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors. Sinead brings extensive project delivery expertise and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management.

Wayne joined Invesis in 2023 as Project Director for the Southern Region, overseeing operational PPP projects across southern England. With 28 years' experience across healthcare, education and social housing projects, he is recognised for building strong relationships and supporting successful project delivery and handback.

Wendy is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with more than 35 years' experience in finance and PPP infrastructure. She leads a team responsible for financial management across more than 50 entities and 21 PPP projects, supporting funding, compliance and operational performance.

Yvonne was appointed Head of Concessions Ireland in 2021. A Chartered Engineer with extensive PPP experience, she leads the delivery of social infrastructure and transport concessions across Ireland and the UK, including the Silvertown Tunnel project. Yvonne combines technical expertise with strong operational and stakeholder management experience.
