BAM PPP is going through some exciting changes. We announced last year that pension fund manager and global investor PGGM now owns 50% of our company, meaning we are no longer a subsidiary company of Royal BAM Group but an independent and autonomous infrastructure investor and developer with two equal shareholders. Since then we have been developing ambitious new plans and we will soon launch our new name and brand.
All will be revealed very soon. We are determined to show how our committed team of experts will continue to provide investment and services as a trusted partner to our clients and the communities we jointly serve. We are also eager to tell you about our ambition to grow our business, enter new markets and to diversify into new infrastructure sectors.
We can’t wait to be able to tell you about our future plans …and to be able to share our new name.
