Work experience

Since joining Invesis in 2010, Hans has overseen some of the largest infrastructure projects in Germany. During the past decade he has built up the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) division which deals with the entire tender process as well as developing strategies and quality concepts to balance the life-cycle costs and associated opportunity-risk management. he also optimises the availability model for every project in our German business unit.

Prior to Invesis, Hans gained experience as a civil engineering project manager for a German consulting company and as site manager overseeing bridge reconstruction and heavy maintenance. In that role, he also managed contracts to subcontractors, purchasing of materials and equipment and claim management.
