This project involved the design, build, finance, and maintenance of a new building on the Thomas Bennett Community College site.

The innovation

The new facility includes a studio theatre seating 50 people (240m2 GIFA), a Special Support Centre for 4 to 11 year olds (241 m² GIFA), a near-to-school facility for up to 10 disaffected pupils (250m² GIFA), accommodation for an Integrated Services Delivery Programme (322m²GIFA), 30 car parking spaces, and an external play area.
