Work experience

Michael is a qualified solicitor with over 25 years’ legal experience. Michael has extensive experience across a number of jurisdictions having successfully managed bids to financial close in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and Australia. He has experience in a number of different sectors including education, justice, health, roads, tunnels and rail.

A member of the SMT for the UK and Ireland business unit, Michael is responsible for the legal process during the company’s bids, supporting delivery teams in managing our portfolio of projects and the legal process on the refinancing of projects. Before joining Invesis in 2005, Michael worked in both the public and private sectors.
