Meet our expert, Christian Diringer:

As Managing Director of Invesis Deutschland GmbH, Christian has the overall responsibility for the German Invesis team which is responsible for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Together with Ralf Nagengast, Christian has built up the German team from scratch since 2005 and bid successfully for 8 PPP projects (4 road PPP’s and 4 accommodation PPP’s).

Christian is heavily involved in the procurement and management of our projects A8, A9, UHSH, A94 and A10/A24.

In addition to our PPP competence, the German team has developed significant technical knowledge and experience, especially in operation and heavy maintenance of road PPP’s and in quality assurance.

Next to PPP projects, Christian and the German team are assessing future Core+ opportunities, mainly in the digital sector.

Prior to joining Invesis,  Christian worked at Bilfinger Berger BOT GmbH for 11 years as Project Director responsible for developing and managing PPP projects in Germany, CEE countries and Australia.
