Invesis Launches First Sustainability Report – Pioneering a Responsible Infrastructure Future

We are proud to announce the publication of our first Sustainability Report, marking a significant milestone in our journey as an independent infrastructure investor and developer.

At Invesis, we believe that transforming lives through sustainable infrastructure is not just our purpose – it is our responsibility. This inaugural report reflects our deep commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles and outlines how we are embedding sustainability into every stage of the investment lifecycle.

A New Chapter in Our Sustainability Journey

As shared in a message from our Management Board, our transition from BAM to an independent entity has empowered us to redefine our sustainability approach in a way that aligns with our unique vision. This report – covering the calendar year 2024 – sets the foundation for how we will continue to create long-term value for our clients, partners, communities, and shareholder PGGM.

“Doing things the right way is not just a responsibility but a fundamental part of who we are.”
— Invesis Management Board
