{"id":1927,"date":"2017-07-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-07-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invesis.localhost\/vacancy-bam-ppp-seeking-an-operations-manager\/"},"modified":"2023-06-22T12:54:43","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T12:54:43","slug":"vacancy-bam-ppp-seeking-an-operations-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.invesis.com\/fr\/vacancy-bam-ppp-seeking-an-operations-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Vacancy \u2013 BAM PPP seeking an Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"node-content\">\n<p><a class=\"fancybox-image-link\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/drupal-backup\/news\/default-teaser-image-9-606-1503551373933087517-761-15047921841136854666.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"bam-base-image-style teaser-image image-style\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/drupal-backup\/news\/default-teaser-image-9-606-1503551373933087517-761-15047921841136854666.jpg?itok=BWBQOwMf\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>BAM PPP is recruiting an Operations Manager, based in the Midlands region with travel required to sites in the South East and South West of England.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the SPV General Manager, the main responsibilities of the role are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with the requirements of the SPV Health &amp; Safety Policy<\/li>\n<li>Management of the interfaces between the Client, SPV, Facilities Management Contractor and other external parties<\/li>\n<li>Day to day management of the SPV\u2019s responsibilities including the efficient resolution of problems<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chair the monthly Project Meetings attended by the Facilities Management Subcontractor and Client<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at the following meetings:\n<ul>\n<li>School liaison meetings<\/li>\n<li>BAM collaboration meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Manage and document the Change Procedure<\/li>\n<li>Manage the interfaces between the Client, Building Subcontractor (latent defects resolution), Facilities Management Subcontractor and Funders Technical Adviser<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of internal management reports<\/li>\n<li>Liaise within BAM PPP with the SPV\u2019s Company Secretary and Operational Finance Team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree educated and\/or professionally qualified<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will have demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role, including proven management and commercial capabilities<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of contracts.
