The contract also provides for the 25-year facility management of each courthouse. Mullingar\u2019s new courthouse was developed around the existing structure which was built between circa 1824 and 1828.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the opening, CEO of BAM Ireland Theo Cullinane said: \u201cOur team has done exceptional work in preserving the courthouse\u2019s original character while bringing the facilities up to date with the 21st Century. As it is a landmark building in the heart of Mullingar, it was important that we delivered a project of which the community can be proud. Throughout the Courts PPP bundle, we have been working to enhance court services and facilities around the country and we\u2019re pleased to deliver another first-class
