Bridge Housing has joined forces with Invesis, a leading global infrastructure investor, to finance and deliver new social and affordable homes across Sydney.<\/p>\n

Backed by PGGM, one of Europe\u2019s largest pension fund service providers, Invesis is a leader in Public Private Partnerships, having invested in over 50 sustainable infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n

By partnering with Invesis, Bridge has ensured the partnership aligns with its criteria, values and responsibilities as custodians of community housing assets. This collaboration provides Bridge with the agility and strength required to uphold their standards and deliver for the community.<\/p>\n

Building Stronger, More Inclusive Neighbourhoods<\/strong><\/p>\n

The partnership will deliver hundreds of new homes for people who need them most, support local jobs, and stimulate economic growth.<\/p>\n

The first project will break ground in 2026, delivering 174 new homes in Western Sydney\u2019s heartland.<\/p>\n
