Global investor and developer, Invesis, has taken the next step in its entry strategy to the US P3 market by establishing its first US business entities.<\/p>\n

The \u201cInvesis US\u201d operating company and investment vehicle were incorporated in the state of Delaware in November 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhilst Invesis benefits from its 50-strong portfolio of P3 assets across Europe and Australia and the deep P3 expertise and experience of its 100+ strong team, we also know that to be successful in the United States we need boots on the ground\u201d said Vice President for the US business, Carlos Lopez Vilardell.\u00a0 \u201cWe are now genuinely open for business in the US and ready to use our Invesis US companies to enter into teaming agreements, respond to RFQs\/RFPs and enter into contracts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carlos together with Invesis Business Development Director, Mark Moore, will be present at the P3 Government Conference in Arlington, VA where Invesis will be exhibiting on 1-2 December.\u00a0 \u201cWe are looking forward to contributing to some interesting discussions at the conference and meeting our existing partners and contacts.\u00a0 We look forward to welcoming everyone to our stand\u201d said Lopez Vilardell.<\/p>\n
