The company has three business units operating in the Netherlands and Belgium, Germany\u00a0and\u00a0Switzerland,\u00a0and UK and Ireland;\u00a0it also has one asset in Australia and is taking forward a strategy to extend its business into new markets.\u00a0\u00a0The company reviews its business annually and sets targets and objectives through its Strategic Cascade, which includes Health, Safety and Wellbeing; performance is measured against these objectives.<\/p>\n<p>The directors of the Company and its business units regard health, safety and wellbeing to be of paramount importance and are committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of\u00a0Health, Safety &amp; Wellbeing\u00a0(HS&amp;W)\u00a0in respect of all employees, contractors and members of the public who may be affected by its activities.<\/p>\n<p>The management of Invesis is committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complying with all legal and other requirements\u00a0which\u00a0are deemed applicable to the business and other interested parties<\/li>\n<li>Eliminating hazards and reducing\u00a0occupational\u00a0health and\u00a0safety\u00a0risks through a\u00a0risk\u00a0assessment process<\/li>\n<li>Continually improving our\u00a0Flourishing through\u00a0Safety management system<\/li>\n<li>Measuring\u00a0HS&amp;W\u00a0performance and carrying out periodic reviews<\/li>\n<li>Involving its\u00a0colleagues\u00a0through\u00a0participation and consultation processes<\/li>\n<li>Establishing objectives that addresses risks\u00a0and opportunities and are consistent with this policy statement<\/li>\n<li>Improving the wellbeing of its staff through our Flourishing at Work initiative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company has appointed a director to\u00a0provide leadership for\u00a0Health, Safety &amp; Wellbeing, who will ensure the provision of an effective organisation and\u00a0the\u00a0arrangements for the implementation of this policy.<\/p>\n<p>Every employee has an obligation to take reasonable care for their\u00a0own\u00a0safety and for the safety of others.
