Invesis is recruiting a management Accountant to join our Operational Finance team based near Glasgow on a 1 year fixed term contract for a maternity cover.
The role of management Accountant will involve the day to day financial management of at least 4 Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) projects, both UK and Irish projects, and overseeing the work produced by the accounts assistant for each project. There will be close interaction with the Operations Managers for the projects and assisting them with any financial queries whilst also dealing with various external stakeholders of the projects.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a positive individual with an inquisitive nature with an eye for detail and for the individual to have the following:
• PFI/PPP experience would be most advantageous but not essential.
• Irish tax and VAT experience would be most advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of SAP would be most advantageous but not essential.
• Extensive knowledge of excel required
• Financial modelling skills would be most advantageous.
• Good communication skills at all levels
