We are hiring a Graduate – Operations Manager, who will support our SPV General Managers and Operations Managers, with the day to day provision of services that ensure the efficient operation of several UK projects. The successful candidate will be based in our Glasgow office

The successful candidate will join the UK and Ireland Operations Team.  This team of 9 (Operations Managers and General Managers) will share their knowledge and expertise to support your development within the asset management sector and provide you with a vast breadth of experience.

Due to this excellent learning environment and the experience gained, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to move into other roles with additional scope and responsibility, whether on our Public Private Partnerships (PPP) concessions or our Core Plus investments.

As a Graduate – Operations Manager your key duties will include;

  • Monitoring health and safety management through inspections and audits. Setting a good example to all project stakeholders
  • Day to day Management Services to ensure that the interests of the business are protected
  • Compliance with all relevant project documents
  • Monitoring the delivery of Facilities Management services
  • Resolution of all matters arising
  • Change Management including High Value Changes
  • General project management and administrative tasks including preparation of reports
  • Monitoring and reviewing the provision of operational services through inspections and audits and consideration of performance reports
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all project stakeholders (client, end users, shareholders, lenders, service providers, contractors, advisers etc.)
  • Working with legal and financial colleagues, to identify and resolve commercial issues and risks to the satisfaction of the relevant parties

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. business/finance/management/law/engineering/construction etc.
